Vinyasa Yoga
In Anuttara Vinyasa, each posture is strategical placed in a progressive, logical sequence inspired by the cosmic dance of Nataraja. This dynamic class explores the five sacred movements—creation, preservation, destruction, illusion and grace—guiding practitioners through a journey to higher states of consciousness. Through intentional transitions and synchronized breath, this practice becomes a moving meditation, celebrating the rhythm of life.
Previous experience is recommended.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha, meaning "forceful," is a class designed to harmonize the opposing solar (hot) and lunar (cool) forces within the body. Esoterically, it balances high and low pressure systems, leading to a natural combustion that ignites dormant power and potential. This natural and transformative process unfolds through dedicated practice, purification, and disciplined effort.
All levels. No previous experience is needed.
Anuttara Raja Yoga
Anuttara Raja Yoga, a unique practice of the Anuttara Yoga Schools, invites practitioners into a profound surrender to gravitational waves within yoga postures. Rooted in the teachings of our Guru lineage of Self-Realization, this practice aligns with the wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Unlike traditional Hatha Yoga, which engages muscles to resist gravity, Anuttara Raja Yoga encourages the release of muscular effort, allowing gravity/density to guide the body into deeper states of ease and relaxation.
Our tradition views the fascia—our connective tissues—as an extension of the mind, intricately linked to the energetic channels (nadis). This slow-moving meditation, combined with exploration and contemplation, fosters a deep inner awareness of the Self.

Hatha to Anuttara Raja Yoga
This class offers a balanced journey through two complementary yoga styles. The first half focuses on Hatha Yoga, holding postures with proper alignment to build strength, enhance flexibility, and support overall physical health.
The second half transitions into a restorative Raja Yoga practice, emphasizing deep relaxation, breath awareness, and the release of muscular effort. Perfect for those seeking a blend of active engagement and meditative surrender, this class nurtures both body and mind.
All levels. No previous experience is needed.
Marga
Embark on a transformative journey with Marga, a yoga class inspired by the philosophy that all paths lead to moksha—freedom. This unique practice weaves together the essence of the major yoga traditions:
Kriya: Awaken inner energy through dynamic movements and breathwork.
Hatha: Cultivate strength and length with foundational postures.
Karma: Infuse mindful actions with the spirit of selfless service.
Raja: Center the mind with meditation and focused discipline.
Jnana: Reflect deeply to uncover wisdom and self-awareness.
Bhakti: Open the heart with devotional practices and chanting.
Moksha: the ultimate liberation from the cycle of birth, life, death, and rebirth.
This all-encompassing class invites practitioners to explore a wide range of yoga styles, fostering harmony within body/mind, while offering a holistic path to freedom. Perfect for those seeking a deeper connection to yoga’s diverse traditions.
All levels. Previous experience is recommended.
Nada
Immerse yourself in the transformative practice of Nada—the ancient art of sound exploration. This class uses sound vibrations, mantra chanting, and meditative listening to guide you toward a deep connection with your inner self. Through the harmonious interplay of external and internal sounds, you’ll regulate the nervous system, awaken subtle energy channels, calm the mind, and cultivate a profound sense of peace and presence.
All levels. No previous experience is needed.
Samyama
Participants explore the subtler dimensions of yoga in the profound practice of Samyama. In the framework of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, Samyama, also known as antaranga refers to the "inner limbs”. This class focuses on the integration of dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (absorption)—which is the heart of Patanjali's teachings. Together, these stages cultivate deep focus, mental stillness, and spiritual transcendence. Ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of yoga’s meditative core.
